On Saturday July 29th, 2017 Artemis Center will host our annual bike ride, Artemis Gone Riding: Cycling to End Domestic Violence. The event will be held behind Wegerzyn Gardens, and draws riders from Miami Valley and beyond to the Dayton area. The bike ride is a fun filled occasion that creates an atmosphere unlike any other fundraiser. We are proud to be riding in an effort to raise awareness of Domestic Violence in our community.
Participants choose from a 10, 16, 22 or 28 mile path and create “pedal crews” and collect pledges before the event. Pedal Crews are crucial to our fundraising goal. Even if you are not riding in the event you can still support Artemis with a Pedal Crew, so ask your family, friends and colleagues and form a Pedal Crew! You will have your own Crew website and tools to send ask letters electronically and link to social media.
